System compression springs
for differing loads
System compression springs absorb forces when they are compressed and release them again when they are relaxed. They thus serve as a mechanical energy storage. Springs are used in tool making – especially in die making – due to their capacity to store a lot of energy in relation to their size. As a result, system compression springs combine high to very high spring forces with space-saving installation space.
System compression springs in different diameters, lengths and in four distinct load types are now part of the KNARR portfolio. All executions are made of hardened steel according to DIN ISO 10243 and can be used up to maximum temperatures of 250°C.
