Wear-/shim plate

The effective and space-saving positioning of the wear plate around the pillar allows the largest possible utilization of the mould plate.

Cooling holes or other machining operations are thereby significantly facilitated. At the same time, the wear plates guarantee exact tool parallelism over the entire mould size.

Integrated lifting corners facilitate disassembly of the tool. Coordinated with standardized guide elements, the wear plates are available in diameters of 30 mm, 42 mm, 54 mm, 66 mm and 80 mm.
