Inclined pin holders are used in mould making to transmit mechanical actuation forces to moving mould components in a controlled manner. Particularly when actuating slides, they enable lateral opening and closing movements.
With the locking wedge with inclined column holder – VARIO, available in a narrow version (262027) and a wide version (262026), KNARR expands its proven VARIO concept with another practical solution for mould making. Both versions are made entirely from corrosion-resistant materials and are therefore also suitable for cleanroom and medical applications.
Direct adjustment of the fitted pressure plate via the familiar latching system saves time and ultimately costs, following the principle of the locking wedge (262025). Regrinding or the use of reference sheets is also unnecessary here.
