Price adjustment for standard plates

with effect from 12 September 2022

Over the past few months, our economic system has been faced with demanding challenges due to the pandemic. But that’s not all: the ongoing acts of war in Ukraine – the lasting effects of this on our society can currently only be presumed – are aggravating the already tense situation.

Like other industrial sectors, mechanical engineering, tool and mould making is confronted with massively increased raw material prices. In order not to jeopardize your quality requirements and our ability to perform and act, we are forced to react to the unprecedented development on the steel market and to raise the prices of our standard plates (System F, System K, P- and PX- plates) by an average of 14.4% with effect from 12 September 2022.

In contrast, we are very pleased to inform you that there are no price adjustments for components that are less material intensive. Accordingly, all other standard parts remain unaffected by the measure – which is a strong sign for a continued partnership-based cooperation in view of the increased production and energy costs.
