High-precision measuring pins

Single pins or complete sets in two tolerance classes

High-precision measuring pins are used for quick and inexpensive verification of various drill hole properties. In particular, hole tolerances, drill hole distances or the angularity of holes are easily checked with the tools. Even the parallelism of surfaces can be checked.

We differentiate between tolerance class 1 (+/- 0.001mm) and tolerance class 2 (+/- 0.002mm). Both tolerance classes are subject to DIN 2269. The pins are made from an aged, alloyed tool steel with a hardness of ~ 60 HRC.

The pins can be ordered individually or as a complete set with a wide variety of diameters. Of course, we can also issue a test certificate on request.
