Welcome to the team

The KNARR Group welcomes its new trainees

With a “Warm welcome to the team” we introduced six new trainees last Friday for the professions Euro industrial clerk, industrial clerk, dual study business administration, tool mechanic, media designer and IT specialist.

“The beginning of the apprenticeship is an important day for us as a family-driven company, because the apprenticeship lays the foundation for the later professional career”, emphasized company founder Rainer Knarr in his welcome.

It is a matter close to our hearts to integrate our junior employees as well as possible into the KNARR family, to provide them with extensive support during their training and to prepare them for their future careers. That is why the apprenticeship at KNARR begins with a one-week introductory seminar. As in the later everyday life of an apprentice, this consists of a mixture of theoretical content and practical applications. In addition to a company presentation, guided tours through the company building and a lot of other important information, training at the workplace and initial applications in the form of group work formed the practical component. The highlight of the first day, however, was getting to know our new trainees and the senior years of their apprenticeship:While having lunch together initial tips and experiences could be exchanged in a pleasant atmosphere, as well as further questions answered.

We are delighted about the newest members of our team and wish every success and joy in the respective apprenticeship!
