Visibility and security in the shipping process

To further expand our service concept and in order to make the shipping process even more transparent for our customers from tool and mould making and mechanical engineering, shipment tracking is now available from our main logistics partner. Additional shipping service providers will be implemented in the coming months.

Transparency and planning reliability

Tracking and tracing traditionally allows you to determine the exact location of your order at any time. Despite the reliable and always very prompt deliveries, the expected delivery date can be estimated even better, especially for shipments with critical deadlines.

Automatically generated E-mails

After the shipment has been registered by our logistics partner, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail including a tracking number and a link to track the shipment. All you need to do is click on the link to track the status of your order. No further registration is necessary for this, but it does allow additional functions such as the determination of a storage location or further individual settings.

Optimised delivery process

The transparent logistics check allows delivery dates to be estimated even better and helps to ensure planning reliability. Even the proof of a successful delivery can contribute to making in-house processes more efficient. Overall, shipment tracking offers a further improvement in terms of control and visibility in the shipping process.
