Latch locks are used in mould making when the movement of two plates needs to be controlled. While one plate is fixed in a defined position during opening, the other plates can continue to open. This allows, for example, two ejector sets to be activated completely independently of each other. The new round version from KNARR also ensures reliable movement without the need for additional hydraulic drives.
The round latch lock (313000) impresses with its cost-efficient and space-saving design, which makes it ideal for small and medium-sized tools. It can be used both l centrally and decentrally and is therefore suitable for a variety of applications. The stroke is adjustable and can be optimally adapted to individual production requirements. The optional DLC coating on the rod increases the service life of the latch lock and ensures even better performance – even in continuous use.
