Ejector set as one unit

In the traditional mould design, the ejector package essentially consists of an ejector base plate and an ejector retaining plate and is crucial for clean demoulding of the injected plastic parts. The so-called recoil pins bring the ejector pack back to its original position after a demoulding cycle. In many cases, end position sensing of the ejector plates are carried out to prevent damage to the tool.

Facilitated ordering

We provide the ejector package as a pre-assembled unit for both System F (15900) and System K (10670) . This includes matching cylinder head – (40031) and countersunk screws (40033) as well as with fitting support washers (51055). It is available in different materials or as compatible material pairings and speeds up both the selection and ordering process.
