Contrary to the simple open-close tools, for more complex forms, only one demoulding direction is no longer sufficient. If contours on the plastic part stand in the way of this main demoulding course, their release requires additional moving parts. A popular solution for this are slides in which parts of the contour are incorporated. By moving away the slide, the undercut is exposed and the plastic part can be demoulded easily.

More than 40 types available immediately

Thanks to the very broad standard portfolio, which is available immediately, KNARR covers many slide system applications. Depending on size and type, strokes from 2.7 mm to 17.25 mm can be achieved. In addition to the classic upper part of the slide unit, an additional type is available for all units: The three-part solution consisting of a wedge, clamp piece and spacer enables space-saving installation and ideal adjustment options thanks to the grindable spacer. As an additional service, complete units or single slides are available directly from stock, even without step and without thread.

When standard is not enough

Complex applications may require slide solutions that cannot be achieved with standard elements. We are happy to provide you even with such special solutions quickly and reliably. As a long-established manufacturer and competence partner for slide systems, we guarantee to build the right slide for you!

All slide unit types (round and square) are alternatively available with one- or three-part upper parts. For this purpose, the units can also be equipped with a blank slider part without step and without a thread.
